We have been operating in Bolivia, Argentina and Chile since 1996 and we have guiding experience on all of the major 6000m peaks in the area.

Bolivia, still the most untouched country in all of South America, has a lot to offer. From its large salt flats to the second highest mountain range in the world, connected by wild rivers to some of the most un-spoilt jungles anywhere.

Taking part in any trip in Bolivia is an authentic experience. With its Colonial cities and ruins of ancient civilizations, combined with a large indigenous population and lots of tradition, Bolivia guarantees a rewarding experience.

Thinking of trying some these experiences on your own? We can help you with logistics, equipment rental, transport, mules or porters. Or maybe you just need information? Come and talk to us before you leave for your adventure!

The Best of Bolivia

The best of Bolivia is a trip for those people who cant decide what to do or are short on time, so we have put the best parts of Bolivia together in a short program.

We start with the Salar Salt flats where we get to see a vast landscape like no other. Instead of taking the normal road back to La Paz we go via Sajama National Park. Here we have time for a stop in the hot springs. Later we visit the mythical Lago Titicaca where early inhabitants believed the sun was born and the Incas saw it as the birth place of their civilization. We will also have an opportunity to explore Isla Del Sol, a place stepped in legend and we visit several Inca ruins on the island. The next part is our trek in the Cordillera Real which takes as past some of the most impressive mountains in Bolivia. For the last part we attempt to climb Huayna Potosi (6088m) . This trip offers great acclimatizing for climbing, so we should be feeling fine to reach the summit of Huayna Potosi!

Trekking and rafting from Aconcagua Information

Aconcagua is still the roof of the Americas, after much dispute over Ojo’s Del Salado. Beening one of the seven summits and technical an easy climb gives the opportunity for many people to try and reach the summit of almost 7000m’s. Aconcagua is the highest peak in the Western and southern hemispheres, as well as the highest outside of Asia.

Our route will takes up the Vacas valley on the south, south east side and down the normall route. On this route we will make 3 camps along the way which will help for acclimatizing.Once we have summited we head down the normall route. This way quiker decent and we have a chance to see the other side.

Trekking and rafting from Pelechuco to Rurrenabaque

This year we are offering a new, exciting trek and rafting trip. It starts in Pelechuco, North of La Paz in the Apolobamba, and goes all the way down to Rurrenabauqe through the heart of the Madidi national park.

This has to be one of my favorite treks, as the level of difficulty is not too hard. However, most of it follows old Inca trails through virgin forest. You really get the feel of being out there, especially with the spectacular views!

It starts at a height of 4800m and goes down to 400m, crossing the entire upper Amazon rain forest.

Once we reach the Rio Tuichi, after 6 days of trekking, we hop on the rafts and head down some class 4 white water rapids! On this part we spend 5 days rafting the upper part of the Tuichi through a canyon, which is the best part of the river, before arriving at San Jose de Chupiamonas. From there we jump on a motor boat down to Rurrenabaque for a celebration dinner before we fly back to La Paz.

There are no other companies offering this type of trip in Bolivia. We are the first to do this style of travel!
